Is this weird looking EC90 fork worth anything?

I picked this frameset up recently for pretty cheap to harvest the headset and because I thought the fork was interesting. Appears to be 1" head tube.

I haven't found any info about it. How old it is or if it's any good... Any thoughts?

Oh yeah and also if anybody knows anything about the frame that would be nice too. I know it's not a gem but couldn't find much other than a few reviews. Too big for me and I don't ride aluminum so it will likely be moving on to a new home cheap. Make a decent foul weather training bike maybe?

I would ride it and see what it's like. I'm pretty sure that cut-out is for the brake calipers.

Thanks for the responses and the interest.

I think I will hold on to it for now as most of my bikes have 1" head tubes and I might want to upgrade at some point. If I decide to sell it I'll post it here first. I will be selling the frame if anybody is interested..don't remember off hand but I think it's about a 56?

Purchased one of those in early 2001 from Supergo (now performance). Was a decent fork and my first carbon steerer.
