Kings of ornate lugwork

I'm trying to describe for a friend, the incredible things that can be done with lugs by builders with a love for that. I know of some of the most infamous fancy lug people, many of them maybe reading this. Id like to put a more complete list together. If you all wouldn't mind helping, I'd appreciate it.

K BEDFORD has some nice lugs and David Kirk can give you just about any lug.

Kent Erickson builds a great bike and is a maestro with the tig but I've never seen him build with lugs.
