Chain-L No.5 chain lube?

I received a sample of Chain-L No.5 high mileage chain lube. Can only find one dealer online. It is purported to last 1000 miles. What do you folks know about this product?

I received a couple of sample bottles as well from an Ebay seller, (newoldbike). The instruction sheet says that if you're a neat freak, you probably won't like it. It describes how the sticky film left behind will attract dust on the first few rides which will act as rust protection. I haven't tried it. I like my Rock 'n Roll Gold.

Been using it; it reminds me of Phil Wood's tenacious oil but at a much lighter viscosity. It also reminds me two-stroke engine oil. So far, it's been okay but I've only got less than a hundred miles on a whipperman chain/chorus drivetrain.

Stuff definitely goes on wet...
