What model is this?

I know it is a San Marco, but do any of you know what model it is?

I have the exact same one, but have never seen another to sort it out. This person doesn't either.

I think it is some version of the Titanio (may have had other names that that is all I could find). In any case I'm talking about the saddle that was modified into the orgininal SSM Bontrager with the clipped edges. That's what it is. It came as stock equipment on some Lemonds back when they had Campagnolo on a few of their bikes (mid 90's atmo). I don't think it's anything of particular valuel, but I always found the Titanio to be pretty comfortable.
