Let it be known that Flux didn't settle for the laughing group yesterday. And don't just look at the list of guys he took 5+ minutes out of, but look at the list (beyond Tommy D) of DNF's. A lot of guys with ProTour jerseys and umlauts in their names.

Flux has probably done more epic rides in his life than all of my riding pals & me put together, but surely yesterday has to be on his short list of mega-epics.

yesterday i rode justin's team lemond from last year in his honor. hope the bike didn't feel cheated.

man when those guys gassed it in the end.... and the group shattered....
that looked so freaking painful.

i was getting stressed out just watching.
