OT-Computer problem
My computer has really slowed down over the past week. I think something large may be running in the background. I used to know how to pull up a list of running programs, but I forgot how. Can anyone enlighten me? It's Windows XP Home Edition.

Right click the task bar, in an empty space, and left click on "Task Mgr". Look at the "Applications" tab to see what is running. "Processes" will show tons of stuff and most of it should be running. If you don't have a good spyware program download and run Ad-Aware from Lavasoft. It's free and works very well.
