yeah, except it's not swiss. it's made in china and assembled (glued) in taiwan and is designed in switzerland....that's what the bmc dudes told the jerk at interbike anyway....still an ugly, ugly bike which rides pretty harshly and is probably going to force tyler to ride some sort of "prototype" (slang for regular custom frame made by someone else.) in the tour.

the doc was intrigued by these, with their 73.5 STA and long TT, he was able to squeeze on a 58 with a long stem...his froggybud praised them last year as being "stiffer than a colnago or prince" (translation mine...heh heh...you don't know what he really said)...and when the doc rolled out on one, yep, it was stiff, but as Dave Kirk will tell you *some* flex is a good thing...for all the psychoogical whiz-golly of gee this BB don't flex a bit, it rode like the doc's uncle's old 1975 F150 with the custom monster leafs in back for hauling the horse trailer...in short, BMCs would make an okay crit bike, but this doc wouldn't want to ride one for four hours...and Tyler has already said he'll be riding a "prototype" in the Tour, so, as usual, the jerk is right....

they're also ugly as sin
