Help me price this wheelset out - Ambrosio Excellence tubs with Record hubs

Found a set of wheels that are built up with the silver modern era Record hubs and Ambrosio Excellence tubular rims (I've confirmed in person that these are indeed tubular). Spokes look like DT revolution. Tires are old so I'm not considering those in the evaluation.

Condition - overall good, brake track is used but smooth, mostly no patina with only some on a few nipples.

I don't know much about this era and would appreciate any help on pricing or even a review of the hubs or excellence tubulars (not much on the internet about these specific rims).

Hubs look like this -
Actual wheelset -

I'm certainly no expert when it comes to old wheels, but was thinking the Excellence was not tubular. Maybe they made an older tubular version? Or maybe the seller has the wrong rims listed?

They're tubular for sure, which goes against everything I've seen for the excellence rim online.

That and odds are if you see a tied and soldered wheel it's tubular. You can take that to the bank.

I just built a new old set of similar tubulars. New Campy Record 32° hubs, with Mavic Open Pro Reflex NOS rims (from the forum). DT Swiss double butted spokes, and paid for the build (I don't have a truing stand any more).

Hubs were $220 for the pair, Rims were $90 for the pair - plus shipping, build + spokes was $65 / wheel (no T&S). All in - new old tubulars were $440. I would pay $150 - $175 for the ones you are thinking about.

Ambrosio certainly did make "Excellence" tubular rims. TQB.

There are some Ambrosio "Excellence" tubular wheelsets (Shimano) on eBay right now; +/- $150 shipped.
