Pricing question

Is $200 a good price for a used 5 arm Campagnolo SR compact (50/34) crankset with no scratches and what is claimed as little use?

no problem.

SR is the top of the campy heap obviously, and compact commands a premium, over standard chainrings.

if you are considering buying, make sure the rings look good and the bearings feel smooth.

good condition 5-arm campy compact cranks are getting harder to find, especially the record/super record variety.
