Baldness and helmets , a possible class action lawsuit ?

Calling on Tom Byrnes , Why am I losing my hair , Sandy is too. Its it possible that wearing a helmet for over 25 years has caused my scalp to go bald. I am convinced that my bike helmet is the culprit and I want compensation.

BTW I noticed that the good Doc dbrk is not folically challenged and I know he does not wear a helmet.

Other Balding forumites I know of :

Flydhest
Keno
Kevan
Sandy
??

Please Tom take on this case and you can file it as high as the Supreme Court. Maybe we can find a bald judge to hear our cause. Seriously anybody else suspect their helmet is the root cause of this problem ?

Count me in for the lawsuit! Giro is my main target.
Although, after perusal of my genetic heritage, I really have to ask my father and grandfather if they were forced to wear helmets while in the army... Otherwise I'm out of contention

Smiley,

please put fly on your list if for the obvious reasons. Please cross me off your list as I had achieved freedom from follicals before my riding career began. BTW, I don't wear a yarmulka, so I can't sue my people.

On the legal front, Tom might need to consider the legal principle of assumption of which risk.

keno

Not in my family. Follow dad and his dad when it comes to the balding pattern (too bad)...

Serpico - It's got to be an urban myth.

My grandfather died at 99 years old with more hair on his head than I had by the time I got married at 32.

OOOPS! There goes my new Meivici!
