Philly Bike Expo

Looks like a full array of events and seminars. Doug Fattic's presentation on lug cutting (Sunday, 11/8 10:30AM, Exhibit Hall E Booth #3003) sounds particularly interesting.

I am going

Each year this event seems to grow and get better. It started out in a cold damp old military building and has grown to the convention center. Don' t eat at the convention center, instead walk to the Reading terminal market instead

compared to the exhibitor list AS OF TODAY for 2016 NAHBS, the Philly show appears to be (IMHO) MUCH MORE INTERESTING

would love it if someone could post a show "report" next week

We did this last year. Nice to get a Philly cheese steak, but be ready to fight the crowd. I couldn't believe how busy it was. We will be going on Sunday this year.

I went in 2013 and am planning on going back again this year (probably Sunday). I was looking at the exhibitor list a couple days ago and was shocked at the growth in just two years. Bina Bilenkey and her team do a great job.

As long as I get my act together quickly and don't miss my train out of Newark this afternoon, I'll be there. Philly has grown to be more than mini-NAHBS, and should be a rewarding visit for any lover of fine bicycles.

Thanks for the pics...this is how NAHBS #3 was...way back when. I def prefer the Philly style to the overblown NAHBS 2015-16 version.
