Bad behavior all around. Watch the youtube vid, and there's one (perhaps two) pedestrians the cyclist almost collides with in an effort to chase the driver down. Irony for the win?

And then what? Starts yelling at the driver, forcing an escalation. The driver's fall had loads of karmic payback, but the whole thing could have been avoided.

Edit: I was wrong; cyclist didn't seem to be yelling at all. Still, why chase the guy down and force a confrontation?

Chasing down cars never ends well.

I really find confrontation uncomfortable.

Hope that dude doesn't run down some other cyclist to get revenge.

Absolutely. Driver was a jerk, but the cyclist antagonized him.

That cyclist and that driver were meant for each other.

I've looked at this image off and on today with the same result... A hearty giggle. Seriously I can't help but laugh. It's perfectly paused.

The jerk driver got his just desserts, but the cyclist was just plain wrong - not to mention stupid - in the way he handled the entire situation. The driver was more wrong than the cyclist, but that does mean the cyclist wasn't also wrong.

Having said that, the jerk driver's pratfall was well-earned and fun to see. And I feel a little bit guilty for feeling that way . . . .

yeah, there is never a great way to let drivers know they are driving too close.

This is uncomfortable to me, like asking whether 'roadies' are unpleasant.

Chasing cars isn't necessarily a good idea; the cyclist 'knew' he had 'right' and a camera on his side, but that thoroughly unpleasant wanker was also spoiling for a confrontation and then couldn't back down or handle what he got into. Ha ha to him.

I do hope you understand the odd English behavioural aspects that go into this. Entitled and slightly smug cyclist, embittered little fat man living in a city like London.

This is what worries me. Fat man has already shown what he is and how he acts. Someone called him on it. You might not like the method, or the outcome, but you have no call to then try and paint the cyclist as some kind of catalyst in the life of that pathetic little individual.

Absolutely Brilliant!

Both are wrong in this case.

The English accents are so awesome even when the driver is using the C word he sounds polite
