PSA: Richard Sachs 54 cm Campy SR, Funky CycleArt Paint $1200

Saw this on Craigslist on Facebook.
I think it's kind of ugly IMHO, but it is a Sachs with a bunch of vintage Campy for $1200.
It's one Joe Bell paintjob away from Eroica perfection, I'd say.

It was up on Richard's Facebook page early this afternoon which is where I saw it.
The bike was in Colorado Springs, listed as an Early 80s Sachs, with a "fresh tune up." It was a 54 cm, was repainted by Cycle Art, and has a nice mixed Campy group.

Seems to me that you could almost part out the Campy group and you could pay for most of the frame set.

That would have been a nice candidate for something like this...

I had fantasies of a blue and white paint job when I fired off the email.

It's been on ebay for some time with a BIN north of 3K. I suspect the CL post was a scam.
