Shipping a Bike from Overseas to USA

I need to ship a lugged Bianchi 928 from Johannesburg, South Africa to the good ole US of A. Any ideas on what is the most economical route to go? Side story: the bike was originally bought at Impey Cycles, a bike shop belonging to Daryl Impey's father. Cheers.

try bikeflights.com....you can buy/create label here and email it to them to use.
