Velonews back issues

I have all seven Velonews Tour de France results issues for 1999-2005, the years of Lance's era.
Just cleaning out old files and trying to decide what to do with them.
Into recycling bin, burn, save, sell, give away???

What say you, let the opinions begin.....

Ugh

Somehow this is going to go down in flames in a hurry. My head hurts already!

Whn my son was born in'92, I made the mistake of cleaning a closet and throwing away my collection from 79 - 92, I still regret it. I miss reading about Hinault in his prime, early days of 7-11 and their first Giro, Rob Roll columns, Maynard Hershon, Lemond in Europe, etc. I did keep the ones with my name in the results, but that wasn't very many. I haven't thrown any away since. Occasionally, it's still good reading and reminiscing.

Did you look inside the magazine? Might be all blank pages (I know that my DVD's of that era all went blank after the "reasoned decision")

I would say save them if you like them.. They do not take up that much space. I have some old velo news that I have saved. Used to really like reading Maynard's off the back, especially Tales from the Bike Shop.
