Quite an eventful first day. A controversial goaltending call, an improbable 3 from the parking lot with time ticking down, and for the most part, close games all around.

That 3 at the end of the Georgia State game goes on the highlight reel, that's for sure. I thought there was no way he was going to hit it from that far out, and he drilled it.

I don't have a bracket but was rooting for Carolina. Harvard almost took them down.
