Ribble Ultegra 6800 Wheelset

I'd like to purchase a set of Ultegra 6800 wheels. Ribble list these as "clinchers". Are these also tubeless? I can't get a chat going with them. Also, if I use their "postal" service will I get charged an extra duty. This is my first purchase from UK retailer. Thanks for you input. Have a Great ride in 2015!

Usually don't get charged customs on stuff from Ribble. At least I never have. If you do, they are selling these wheels for $268, so it won't be much anyway. Screaming deal and Ribble is very reliable.

I've used Ribble and Wiggle several times and had no trouble. (never gotten anything big like a wheel, though - usually stuff like tires and dérailleurs)

I've also bought from a few sites based in France (though not as often) and had no issues there either.
