Dumb thread of the day: help me outfit my Allez

I bought a used Allez E5. It was silly cheap, has a terrible color scheme, and seems like a fun toy.

Help me accessorize it, ok?

Here's what it looks like:

Here are the known particulars:
Shifters: Campagnolo Record 10
Brakes: Campagnolo Chorus 11 skeleton (silver)
Derailleurs: Campagnolo Chorus r.d. and Centaur f.d.
Crank: S-Works Carbon
Wheels: Campagnolo Record with Ambrosio Nemesis (Conti Comp 25mm)
Bars: 3TTT Rotundo Pro 42cm
Stem: 3TTT Arx Pro 130mm
Seat: Regal (probably white perforated, or a black "Racing Team" replica)

Here's what I need help with:
Post: ??? (have a black Miche Supertype, but probably going for something 3TTT)
Cages: Tacx Tao? Arundel Mandible in white? What's a weird modern cage?
Housing color: white? black?
Bar tape: White perf'ed Fizik? The dual-colored stuff in white/red?

Alternately, should I swap my NOS Centaur silver 10sp levers for a set of Veloce 2010 new-shape, multi-shift 10sp levers?

I'd try red bar tape.

Between older Centaur and newer Veloce (new shape), I'd probably go with the Veloce. Not much difference between the 2 groups and with trickle down over the years, the Veloce is probably better.

Maybe a red/white Dorico post?

Black housing, to contrast better with a mostly white frame. White fizik tape and a white saddle.

For cages, why not go specialized? These rib cages are awesome:

Looks like a fun build!

Solid red bar tape on one side, solid black on the other.

I think I have one of these 27.2 Dedas NIB seatposts sitting around in the basement. If you need that size, it would match your frame nicely (white, red, black). I grabbed two on sale but only used one. Let me know if you want it, I'll let it go for a good price.

Cool. Thanks!

White/Red rib cage it is. Cheap and matchy-matchy!
Going to go with white tape. All my other bikes have it. Also, it's 33% more pro.

My go-to bottle cage is the Arundel mandible. I've tried the Tacx Tao as well, but I tried it after the Mandible...so yeah, it only ever saw one ride before I sold it to a team mate.

If you have NOS silver Centaur levers, you should keep them in the box.

Good call resisting the Fizik red and white tape. Looks okay but no fun to wrap (ripped mine -- had to glue it together -- and very lumpy). Bike will look good with what you picked.
