WTB: help me finish the sweet vintage guru build: white saddle 11-28/12-27 cassette

Hello - I picked up a neat little vintage guru frameset from pcollard (thank you phillipe!)

and am building it up for my wife's neice as a surprise. Have it pretty much done sans cassette (shimano or sram 11-28) and a white saddle. Saddle doesn't much matter in terms of comfort as I'm sure it'll get swapped out later, just want something that looks nice for the build ..., which is looking quite nice. Neice is a newbie and have a sram rival compact crank so figure an 11-28 would be ideal. Any help would be much appreciated.
