I have a 1inch "Edge" composite fork. Anyone know when it might be from? it has a steel steer tube (slight bit of patina gives that away) that appears uncut (although its definitely been used).

It seems pretty cool since edge (now enve?) is a leading company in carbon forks these days - i'm guess its one of their very early ones. Will try to get pics up very soon - my camera broke - water damage :( -

Old fork from GT. heavy as hell, alloy or steel steerer. alloy crown. Rode like a brick. Actually quite aero- worked well on tt bikes. Were selling for about $50 new on e-bay when they were being closed out.
Not a product made by Edge/Enve.

If it looks like this:

That's not the "EDGE" you're thinking of. John is correct: this is an old GT fork.

EDGE/ENVE was formed by ex-Lew engineers roughly five years ago. They've only done high-end, full carbon components.
