Anyone seen the new Chris king road hub? Lighter, and supposedly quieter. A nice alternative to the 240 dt offering.

They look cheap compared to their siblings atmo. Still great quality (first set I touched had bad bearings already though) just a little harsh on the ol' eyes.

Thanks for the replies,that Fairwheel article is great cause he used a wheelbuider with a good rep to help him. Needless to say I poured over it last night.

I just built a wheel around one. MUCH simplier but still way more complicated than just about every hub out there. I still think the best hubs are shimano(7900/6700/5600) and Record.
