Recently been through a re-fit and have been moving my seatpost around quite a bit. Today I snapped the bolt in the seat post collar, to my surpise the bolt is titanium??? Is this standard?? If not, many question arise, if so can one of the moderators offer instructions for obtaining a replacement? No one has been answering the customer service line today....
