I wouldn't be opposed to something that could pull double duty on gravel + road .... in fact, that's probably exactly what I'm looking for. Don't give a **** about weight, ride quality is second to puncture resistance though
Anything else I should be looking at?

Either Sprinter or Sprinter GatorSkin and use sealant..I like Orange Seal. Gent asked about tubulars..for right below pal.
