I have a new Campagnolo DT Swiss rear hub that comes with a DT lock-ring. Should I use it or the Campagnolo lock-ring that comes with the cassette? Does it matter?

It should be the same thread... the only difference you have sometimes is the diameter of the lock ring it self (not the threads), the 11T is smaller than the regular 12T and up... as long as the chain doesnt touch the lockring you are ok. If you use a lockring for 12T for example in a cassette with an 11T cassette the chain will touch the lockring, thats why you find guys asking for 11T lockrings sometimes.

Hope this helps.

Both will work. The DT ring should be good for an 11 tooth cog, if not use the campy ring.

as mentioned earlier. I have used both for years and have had no "glitch"
