Hello,
I'm building up a new carbon frame that has a mat finish, hoping to find some headset spacers that are in the same finish, but I have yet to find any. everything i'm coming across has a gloss finish.
If anyone knows of what brand offers this I would love to hear from you.
Thank you! :)

My favorite are the Cane Creek spacers, they are matte black "composite" vs. 12K carbon weave.

Pretty easy to take any gloss finish and turn it into matte by using a Scotchbrite pad. I use green; just run around the spacer vs rubbing up and down and you'll take the gloss off the finish without touching the carbon. I also wet the pad as I go. Have done it with 3k and unidirectional carbon and it looks like a professional finish.

Zipp has a spacer kit in matte UD.
Also Whisky parts sells individual matte UD spacers.

Like he said - Scotchbrite. Or very very fine sandpaper?

Just FYI, 4HS in the world of carbon (or well, the world of textiles) is a weave pattern.

Poor title wording on your part. :)

Lots of other cool stuff on the site too.

light sand, hit them with black rustoleum stove paint, voila—matte finish! (that will withstand 900 degree heat! ; )
