Waaaaaay OT.....Charlie Sheen
I live under a rock when it comes to Hollywood celebs, and prefer to stay that way, but a buddy sent this to me. I know many of you have seen this, but like watching car chases on TV, you can't look away. There are about 10 one liners I need to integrate into my working vocabulary, starting with having "tiger blood".

He's clearly a lunatic...but didn't we make him that way? He's been treated like he's special since he was a child actor. He's had women all over him his entire life. He has money most of us can only dream of.

Isn't there an element of truth to his rants? We've put him on a pedastal and he's saying I'm on a pedastal. I think some of this insanity is his satire of how we treat him. He knows he's on a mindless, mediocre, sitcom and he's saying he's better than that. That show reeks...he is better than that. So is his co-star.

I loved when he was asked if he was bi-polar, he said was "bi-winning."

I hate to say it, but there's a nugget of truth in his statement that part of his life is to bring something interesting into the boring lives of others. How many people consumer celebrity news for some vicarious interest?

He's still got a loooong way to go to match Keith Richards, the undisputed master of hard partying.

Maybe its all just brilliant publicity/entertainment, but there's a very real possibility that this guy is losing his crap and really falling apart. Threatening to cut your ex-wife's head off when you've been as erratic as this guy is not a laughing matter. I hate to see everyone lining up to talk to him and put him in tabloids. If its a publicity stunt, we shouldn't feed it, and if he's losing it, we shouldn't be laughing...
