Repair Assistance

Can anyone recommend a website that provides video tutorials to assist in maintenance & repair?

Park Tool would be a good place to start.

Yeah, purchase the latest edition of Park's "Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair" (insert Park tool bashing here, the book is excellent), read, play with bike, repeat. When you have questions or need hands-on help, go to a good LBS with a 12 of fine brew and ask for a demo. Alternately, ask if anyone might be interested in giving a seminar in their off hours (be socially sensitive-- this could possibly get a little creepy if not handled right), and pay them a few hours wage for some one on one...

+1 on Park Tool but here is another alternative since you asked for video tutorials.
