Way to go Full Speed Ahead!
I bought a K-Force Light crankset last spring. Light. Stiff. But I don't like the look of the thick "Super" chainring. Vanity. So I swapped out the big, super ring with an FSA "Pro" ring. Problem is, when I'm in the small ring and the small cogs, the chain rubs on the big ring.
So I emailed FSA customer service, expecting nothing. I got a reply in an hour. After swapping some codes stamped on the rings, we determined the Pro ring I bought didn't sync with the inner. Okay, my fault. I'm a dumbass, and I need to buy a new "Super" ring and get on with it. Right? NOPE! FSA is sending me a new matching SET of Pro rings...FREE!! Way to go FSA! Very impressed. |

OK, that's not fair, but I just couldn't help it. Sorry. |

I'm was impressed by them today too
I picked up a set of used FSA wheels for a friend's bike that I am building up. I noticed during the build up that that a dust cover and bearing shield were missing. I called FSA. They didn't have the part number listed as being in stock. He took my info and said that he would get back to me. Two hours later he calls, apologizes for taking so long. They don't stock those parts anymore but he said that he found the parts on a used hub that he'll tear down for me and he'll send them to me... No charge.
