WTB: lugged steel touring or cross fork

I am looking for a 700c, steel lugged touring or cross fork (with canti studs), 1" threaded, with eyelets, not straight-blade. Wide enough to accommodate 45mm-wide fenders.

If you have something that fits the description, please let me know what it is, and how much you would like for it.
