New Legend is born

Here's the new Legend I've been anxiously waiting for. Replaces my 13 year old aluminum Trek.

I had it built with Ultegra 9 speed, Continental tires, and Chris King headset. The paint scheme is Celtic.

Great looking bike. I like painted ti so much better than nude ti.

An excellent choice of colors in implementing the Celtic paint scheme!!

That's a nice lookin' bike.
Curious -- did you have a chance to weigh the frame before it was built up? I've always wondered how light a Legend frame is (yeah, I know that depends on frame size).
And what other components do you have installed on this beaut?
Congratulations.

Red face My Legend

Thanks for the compliments.

I bought the bike from Blue Sky in Saratoga which is 2 hours away, so I didn't get to see the frame before it was built up.

I guess my component choices won't be that exciting to most. 32 spoke Open Pros on Ultegera hubs. Selle Pro Link Gel saddle. The Chris King headset. I also got myself a new Specialized Pro comp with altimeter and two of their water bottle cages (sorry can't remember the exact model) in red which match quite nicely with the paint scheme.

Legend fitting

I did a complete fit at Blue Sky. Enjoyed over an hour of personal attention from Lori. Both she and the shop get a gold star from me.
