Really sweet how that cat approaches your pet deer.

ps Is that a tractor lawn sprinkler in the corner of the deck? Those are way cool.

Was this right before that woodchuck bit the face off of the deer? Fierce rabbits in Montana, I hear.

don't get lost in this beautiful amazing moment for too long. the deer got some dirt on the cat and so the cat to had be killed. no dirt on the cat.

fugging nature. running out of clean pets over here.

...

wow, how beautiful. the air in la is so dirty today that you can feel it on your teeth. this was a nice escape. what a life you two must be living out there...

Yup, this is Inga.
She is the kitty version of Your_Friend. She's irrepressibly friendly and cheerful, as seen here.
And she's clean, I swear. We never dope her kibble.

Zeroking, good eye on the sprinkler. That one is at least 30 years old, I love it!

Awww, that is cute. Nice pic Dave.

Most of the deer around here are pretty skittish, I don't know if one would be so bold. Earlier this year I dug up all my hostas and gave them to a friend who lives closer in to the city. The deer were eating them as fast as they grew. I think the coneflowers will go next year. I like the deer, but they are a hassle.

Penguins don't fly. Do penguins not exist in nature?
