Cannondale ??? Whatos Up?

from another forum i got this. hope it is not fact!!

http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=338074

this would truely be ashame for the bicycle industry. say what you will about c'dale but they have been an innovative force in the bicycle industry. i.e most recently the bb30 standard that they have shared with the rest of the industry.

The investment group that owns most of Cannondale always planned to sell
the company. That's their job, they take a financially messed up company, fix it up,
and sell it for a profit. So i don't see how it's a sign of anything bad if they
sell Cannondale to someone else.

at the risk of offending the 2% of you who love cannondales. they have "field tested on consumers" far more bad, untested and underdesigned product that the rest of the industry put together.

the motorcycle is the pinnacle of arrogance from these guys.
another bad product in a line of bad products.

other than that i like the graphics.

I have never owned one, but the System6 is very intriguing. But I said that last year and never bought one. And now the Trek Madone might be better.

I am surprised we haven't seen more System6s out on the road.
