The allegations appear in a forthcoming book entitled ‘The Secret Lives of Sandy, BumblebeeDave, DBRK - and the mystery of Roy Munson', co-written with Dr. Seuss and to be published in Serottaland. Extracts from the book have appeared in L'Express and some of the book's allegations were repeated in yesterday's Sunday Times. Bumble Bee Dave utterly denies ever having taken any performance enhancing drugs aside from bee pollen, pork rinds, and PowerGel. Accordingly, Bumble Bee Dave has instructed his lawyers to immediately institute the following proceedings. 1) In the High Court in Saratoga Springs against the Sunday Times and bostondrunk seeking an injunction and substantial damages, including, but not limited to confiscation of all of his bottle openers. 2) In Paris, against bostondrunk, Dr. Seuss, the publishers of ‘The Secret Lives . . . ' and the publishers of L'Express, forcing them to view repeated showings of "American Flyers" dubbed in French by Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau.
