Ritchey Swiss Cross

Decided to build up a 'gravel' bike while I prepare to step into a custom queue and this popped up from @Geekonbike, just my size. I had a few items in the parts bin, bought most of the rest from helpful Paceliners (credits in the buyers/sellers thread), and was left to buy three new parts plus tires. Shakedown ride today to pick up bar tape, will get a real workout the next couple of days.

The build (first experience with full Shimano, thanks Youtube):

Frameset: Ritchey Swiss Cross
Headset: Ritchey WCS
BB: DuraAce 9100
Crankset: GRX 600 46/30
FD: GRX 6x0
RD: GRX 810
Shifters: Ultegra R8000
Cassette: SRAM (1130?) 11-36
Brakes: Paul minimoto front, Paul touring canti rear
Seatpost: Ritchey carbon WCS
Stem: Easton EA90 120/10
Bars: Ritchey WCS Evocurve
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR
Wheels: Shamal Ultra
Tires: Gravelking SS 32 (tubeless but set up with tubes)
Tape: Rapha Pro Team

Thanks! That's "who" not "what" -- Paceline member "Geekonbike" listed the frameset for sale.

Here she is closer to her native habitat. First real ride, report to come later.

A few small updates

1. Deda bar tape. Rapha Pro Team white tape seemingly got dirty the first time I looked at it; after a dozen rides it was more black than white and no amount of scrubbing would change that; surprised since their Classic white tape cleans up nicely. Alas, learned the hard way that "red" as a color description for bar tape is definitely inadequate, should have asked y'all.
2. Time Speciale 8 pedals courtesy of @sheepdog84, first time using Time pedals and so far I like them very much.
3. Bontrager RXL stem, just needed something white, shorter, and budget.
4. A decent length of dental floss to stitch up the big cut in the rear tire I got on my first gravel ride.

Really enjoying this rig as an allroad machine. Descending on pavement, with the high BB, takes a bit of adjustment but nothing serious. About to put some 38s on to make gravel descending easier. Paul brakes are fantastic.

Looking good!

I'm building up a LeMond Poprad as a fendered winter bike and thought hard about the Paul brake combination. Going with Avid Ultimates for now, but if those give me issues, the Pauls are up next.
