Niobium rims

Anyone familiar with a rim that is very similar to the IRD Cadence, but has internal nipples? I believe the model # may be NBR19, but I cannot find anything on a Google search. I also believe its made by the same OEM manu that produces these rims for IRD, etc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are they commercially available? I am interested in possibly building a set. Any comparisons vs. the standard Cadence rim? Thanks

PM Jeremy.

I like the way Cadence rims build up so I'm sure the internal nipple version will be a great choice.
