Hey fellow people,
A few weeks ago I got lucky and picked up Clean39T’s Record 12 groupset with less than 350 miles on it. After delivery I quickly opened the box to inventory and inspect everything (all there, including the wavy washer and bottom bracket c-clip), saw that everything looked great and was ready to mount, then promptly set it aside and got busy with other projects. And then (of course) my plans changed and well, you know how it goes.
It’s a beautiful group with a 175mm 50/34 crankset, 11-32 SR12 cassette, BSA threaded BB cups, SR12 chain joined with KMC 12 link, and cables/housing cut for a 60cm frameset. To see it mounted up, take a look at his Allied Alfa thread in the Production Bikes Gallery. There’s a small scuff on the RD and a tiny tick on the right shifter from a tip over but they’re not really noticeable unless you’re looking for them and have no effect on function or contact points at all. More a matter of full disclosure than any impact on the groupset.
