In praise of the mods

This seems like one of those things that goes without saying, but shouldn't go unsaid: the Paceline mods are fine human beings whose work I greatly appreciate.

You go, dudes (and dudettes if there are any, I'm unsure).

+1, 2, 3 and beyond...great group of mods who appear even more like rockstars when I see some of the ‘moderator’ shenanigans from a couple of other forums I frequent.

FORZA moderatore!!

Thank you.

We do work hard to keep this place on track. Also I think we have a great group of members who contribute in many positive ways.

We do get a few trolls and some borderline behavior and it's sometimes difficult to know where to draw the line-so we talk amongst ourselves but that isn't too common.
So raise a toast to yourselves.

Yes, we do have one female mod.

Why you put up with 75% of us, and I include myself in that 75%, I'll never know.

Is there a list someplace of the usernames of the moderators on this forum?

check the box on the bottom righthand corner of the screen in any of the specific subforums, like General Discussion.

I assume that is there for everyone to see?

I like that they take a hands on approach to not allow the inmates to run the asylum. A few months back, I had been watching too much youtube and that seeped into my posts. I received an inquiry/warning and it allowed me to ponder the usefulness of my expressions of humor.

I don't know what's so hard about being a moderator - as long as everyone else agrees with me, then all should be just fine.

They do a great job, but I am afraid Father Time is catching up to them. BTW the lone mod that is too chicken to show their age is not our outstanding female mod.
