Cannondale CAAD6 SAECO

This was one of my very first bikes and unfortunately it doesn't get the time it deserves. It's pretty honest and has done a ton of miles with me. Here are a few details on the bike:

9 speed Ultegra with Cannondale SI hologram cranks
Mavic wheels
Supacaz bar tape
Fizik Antares vs saddle
Vision seat post

Asking $650 on eBay but open to offers. Added some photos below

Overall it's in pretty good shape, some usual road rash but no dents anywhere on the tubing. Here's the eBay link as well. If there are any questions please let me know, my number is 860-817-3809

Hey man I wanted to give you a heads up, but some folks are put off by just linking an eBay ad w/o giving a straight up ad here as well.

I get it, but just trying to give you the skinny before feathers get ruffled. Beautiful bike and one that a good ad here would probably benefit you.

Cheers

Dave

Thanks Dave, I thought I was doing that with my small description above the ad. I can try to add some photos here as well.

Tempting as CAAD6 frames are hard to find, even though I'd much prefer a 60 cm. I'm a bit confused by the paint and decals as the graphics look to be 2003 style, but there were no CAAD6 bikes in the catalog that year. What's the first letter on the serial number bar code tag? N=2002, O=2003.

The bar code tags started in 2002, which was also the first year for the CAAD6. So someone probably removed it. You might remove the cable guide and see if there's an N or an O under it. The only frame from that era that I have handy is a 2005 CAAD7. It doesn't have the letter code under the cable guide though.

I've never seen another bike like this one other than a few random forum posts from other forums. I was told it came over from the UK... unsure. I didn't know much back then.

From what I've been able to gather from looking at Cannondales from Europe, they must have had different paint and parts for European market bikes in some years. They did print Euro catalogs in some years. I have a 2002 catalog that is apparently for North American and European markets as bike descriptions are in several languages.
