ISO: small slack frameset

Looking to do a frameswap for Mrs. Trotsky.

Size: about 51cm.

Need slack angles as this is ridden with Albatross bars upright.

Rim brake, could be canti or caliper

Open to variety of materials, but I'm not looking for a bike with a steel fork. Carbon only. Could be steel (soma double cross), aL, or a carbon frame.

I think ideally it would be a big brand cross or roubaix style frame. Budget is low but flexible.

I've got a Small (52cm) Raleigh Willard 1 that might work. Alloy frame, gravel geo, carbon fork. Currently has Sora 9spd STI on Salsa bar/stem, but I could sell it without the controls if you're going with your own bar/stem/shifters.
