No.
At least not with all 11 cogs.

A Shimano R8000 cassette in the 11-34 (only) version will fit properly.

A Shimano 11s MTB cassette should also fit and might work with whatever suitable derailer that you can adapt to this application (there are hanger drop-down mounts made for this purpose).

I haven't actually done it, but I would think an 11s SRAM cassette that has a largest cog of =>36t will work with your 10s road freehub.

Not with sram. The 11/36 is road 11 spacing.

For the 10s C24 wheels, its not a spoke clearance problem, it's a cassette body width problem. The new HG cassette gets around it by using a 34T at the low end which can be affixed to the cog next to it rather than the hub and span over the hub shell a bit to borrow the missing hub width from the space between the spokes and the end of the cassette. Allows the cassette body to be 10S wide but sneak in the extra. Any smaller than 34T and the inner diameter is to narrow to fit over the hub shell. I could be mistaken, but I don't believe the Sram cassettes do the same - they need a regular 11s hub body.

I have seen someone grind down the flats on a c24 body to squeeze an 11s cassette on there but its fiddly delicate work and it doesn't leave a lot of meat left for the splines at the base.
