information from Serotta

I have been trying to get information on a Serotta frame that I have for sale.
I have requested information from Serotta but have received no response, based on their history of great customer service, I feel as if I am sending it to the wrong person does anyone have any ideas on who might be the right person.

I'm interested too. I've e-mailed according to info on their web site twice but no replies.
