The next time I'm procrastinating on riding the rollers or trainer this winter, I'll think of Lyli Herse, the daughter of René Herse, the famous French bike builder. Lyli herself was a champion cyclist back the '50's.

I hope to do the same one day. Amazing woman.

Met another amazing woman in Muskoka, Canada as I was riding around the lake a few weeks ago. Picked up cycling at 60, now 65 has ridden across Canada. retired and moved up north, does centuries very frequently. Such a great role model.
