LIghtweight, full-finger, protective glove?

Looking for a good solution for a summer-heat crit glove.

Ideally pink, then blue, then black/grey. Good ventilation, good protection, please. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I like the specialized XC lite. Lycra back, thin faux leather palm/fingers, no padding, no closure strap, tolerably ugly if you get black.

giro hoxton. merino wool on the backside. i ride in em all year, though the short fingered version in the summer, but the longs are definitely not "hot". no padding, great glove!

i really wanted to like giro gloves, but i found the fit & sizing extremely weird. i don't think i have strange fingers or anything, i've never had this problem before with any other glvoes, ever.

Bought the Giro DND earlier this winter. Pretty good for a mild day - good fit, light, put together well....

Camelbak tactical gloves. I've been using them for a couple years now, very nice, thin, not hot, not slippery when wet.

Hm. They stopped selling them. Nevermind.

Yup.. Solid basic glove

Ive got the fingerless version. They frayed up on me and seemed like they we gonna poop the bed fast, but after that initial breakin ive gotten like 2 years of 3 season riding out of them. Still holding up

Do you like gel? I like these a lot:

I started using them for mountain biking, but they quickly became my road gloves as well because they kick ass.

I did have success with the Mechanix gloves. They crash tested pretty well also, shredding themselves while saving my hands.

I wear long finger gloves every ride I do (minus a few where I forgot them or I was late). For me long finger gloves are like seatbelts or helmets - I feel naked without them on.
