This is beautiful work (at least to my untrained eye). My pedestrian question is....is he "simply" creating/improving his own lugs with fillets to tubing that he's worked? I really like the finished product. Very different.

Taken from the comments on FB:
Demon Frameworks I braze the lug tubes together with brass, then I carve the lug shape. After that I use silver to braze in the frame tubes.

I think he is making his own lugs. I know Tom does this @ Spectrum on his steel frames
