Or as he would say. "This isn't my first disappearing rodeo"

I recently bought a lot of 3 pairs of Egg beaters from him and he shipped superfast. That was around 12/20 and he seemed like a good stand up guy, hopefully nothing happened to him.

That sucks, maybe something did happen to him.

Everyone I have ever dealt with here on the forum has been great. A few sellers even shipped prior to me paying.

One transaction my bank denied the PayPal charge, I had it tied to my savings account as it turns out there is federal law stating you can only do 6 electronic transfers from your savings account per month. Jon was lucky number 7. I ended up paying but I felt like a real arse.

Deadbeat,

Satellite

I bought a frame from him the beginning of 2014. He stated he was in the midst of a cross country move at the time, and the shipping was still quite fast. The frame came nicely wrapped and with extra goodies. I sure hope all ends well....

i think you're jumping the gun myself. 2 weeks around the holidays is certainly not a lot of time. post offices are super busy this time of year, and so are people. shipping a frame requires finding an apporpriate box, packing it up, and getting a large box to a shipper, or whatever.

2-weeks ago would indicate you paid sometime right after christmas and before new year. big family holidays for people.

you have now posted your gripe in three different places about a 2-week delay. i would humbly suggest you hold on and relax, sounds like this seller did well in the past, give it some time before spamming the forum with complaints, please.

I would guess that he's got something going on in his life--PM'ed him the beginning of the week about some parts in his recent FS post and did not hear back. Patience, grasshopper.

At all.

People have expectations here that just aren't that hard to meet.

Sounds like it's not the delay so much, it's the lack of communication. Once someone sends you money & you take it, you owe them updates or info. If things come up, just say so.

You pretty much covered it, he just contacted me...In my defence this was after two unanswered emails, and the promise of next days shipping. Pa to Ct. two day max any time of the year,,,thx for the concern

I very much disagree. 2 weeks from payment to delivery is already way too long, but 2 weeks without communication after multiple hundred dollars have been sent to a stranger 1000miles away is a different story. People will be nice as long as the seller is communicating problems.

Were good he just reached out to me, but here's the details, he noted he would pack and ship right out. No communication for two weeks & FedEx ground - Pa to Ct - 2 day max...but as stated it looks like were all good !
