Wtb Phil square taper bb / campy centaur 111mm bb

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a Phil Wood square taper bottom bracket for my track cranks.
I know there's some adjustability with these bb's, so I'm going to try and give it a go to give my current cranks/chainring some space (they strike the chainstay). Trying some alternatives before going with some professional help.
Current bb is 68x109 (sg75) so I need something that will work my cranks.

Located in Los Angeles if there's anyone local.
Let me know if you have one or have some advice on dealing with this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Best,
Daniel

Also interested in a campy bb square taper bb with a 111 spindle.
From reading around, these seem to be another option.
And I'm referring to the sealed bb's.

And again, let me know if you have one laying around!

Best,
Daniel

Sugino 75 at 109 is ISO and compatible with Campagnolo pista cranks..

Just looking for left-right adjustability?

Isn't the newer chorus 111 asymmetric where centaur/pista is symmetrical?

If cup/ball it should be good to go.

since you can adjust the chain line easily with a phil BB, i can confirm that Sugino 75 crank arms work perfectly with a phil 110.5 campy taper BB.

Well I'm running 75 cranks right now, so from what I read, the sealed square taper campy bb's should be compatible.
And yes, I need some left-right adjustability...more so on the right!

They are, the Campagnolo Centaur BB, not the Chorus/Record 111mm, cart, for triples..not symmetric those.
