Different length arms
I was thinking. When I get my shirts and suits altered my arms are different lengths.
My longer arm tends to have a bit of numbness in the hands. So I rotated my stem slightly off center to account for some of the discrepancy. No handling issues and no no numbness. Has anyone else tried this? |

I don't know how much of a discrepancy you have, but I know Eric at Winter Bicycles has made some bar/stem combos that deal with this issue. If your solution works that's great! If you need or want a custom set up there are builders out there that can work up a solution as well.

I recall talking to someone that had one of their hoods slightly higher for this reason.

That's super cool! I'm wondering if calfee would off center their handle bar before bonding it to the stem. Hmm..You've get the wheels turning my friend. |
