Ozz,

That's one really nice looking CSi, but I'm partial to blue myself since my CSi is part Big Boy Blue. The only really minor thing that I think I would have done differently is the panel on the down tube.

Here's a couple alternatives...

Ozz...the bike's gorgeous! And the picture presentation is very well done.

How do you like your Ciclo 434 Computer?

Serotta Catalogue

Ben

Are you listening ?

Here is another candidate for the Serotta Catalogue !!!!

and this form of Marketing won't cost Serotta a dime.

Use photo's of actual Serottatarians bikes .

Thanks for the kind words - I'm glad the whole paint / yellow stripe issue is behind me and I can now just ride it!

Keith - you have entirely too much time on your hands! I am partial to blue also, but really like the way whites contrasts with it. The seat tube panel and head tube were what I thought was a nice balance. However, for my next bike, I'm coming to you to work up paint scheme photos!

Weisan - the computer is pretty good. Tons of features, seems durable so far, and easy to set up. My only beef is that the receiver mount is as big as the computer itself. It sits about an inch and a half high and looks like a stack of pancakes.

Ahneida - I think the idea of using customer bikes is great! However, this one caused Serotta so much grief, they probably never want to see it again!

Very nice looking bike. If you are seeking input I'd go with the third paint scheme when it is time for a refinish.

Once again . . .

. . . not my favorite colors (not enough yellow! ) but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate what a really nice looking bike it is.

And Keith, if I send you a photo of myself, can you Photoshop some hair on my head?

Ozz,

Part of my job entails using Paint Shop Pro/PhotoShop, so I am somewhat versed in their usage. So it only took me a couple of minutes to do each of the modified images.

It really does help to see what a bike is going to look like before you paint it. So let me know if you ever want some help with paint schemes.

BTW, what's the geometry on this beauty?

BBDave -- anything is possible with PhotoShop, but some things are just meant to be the way they are

A real beauty Ozz.

The yellow on the seat tube panel is wonderful--glad you finally got that finished. If I remember right it matches the yellow outlines of the downtube stickering(which isn't visible in the photo)?
