I'm assuming it's a 43mm rake since it came off of a 97' Serotta Legend Ti Frame. Steerer is 8.5 inches

sent you an email. What size serotta? serotta doesn't use a standard fork rake across all frame sizes. As the frame size changes so does the fork rake. Do you know if the fork came with the legend or was it a change made by the previous owner?
