Looking for used functional 8 speed shimano mtb deraileur

looking to see if any of my pals can throw me a old, used, but functional 8-speed shimano deraileur used on MTB. Mine's giving me a lot of shifting problems, it's pretty beat up, afraid it's end of life.

Just for info, a 9s MTB, shimano rear der is compatible with your shimano 8s shifters, no mod. Needed, plug and play.
